I’m a licensed esthetician in the state of Indiana. I specialize in lash extensions, lash lift and tints, brow laminations & waxings. - Located in Studio 116 Hair Design - Accepts cash & card (3.5% processing fee at checkout) - A deposit of 50% of the total price is required on full sets. The deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled within 48hours - Up to 20 days to schedule a 2 week fill - 21-27 days is considered a 3week fill - 28+ days is considered a full set - Less than 40% of lashes requires a full set - $10 lash bath fee charged for dirty lashes - Referral Program : 20% off next appointment for you & who you referred

Cancellation Policy

You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. I understand emergencies happen but please be considerate of my time.
